Build institutional-grade materials — including Executive Summaries (ES) and Confidential Information Memoranda (CIM) — supported by detailed financial modeling, capitalization tables, and use-of-proceeds analyses. Enhance the data room and ensure investor-ready documentation.

3. Investor Targeting & Engagement

Identify, qualify, and engage Family Offices, Private Equity firms, and Ultra-High-Net-Worth investors aligned with client objectives. Coordinate introductions, manage diligence Q&A, and facilitate management presentations.

4. Term-Sheet Negotiation & Structuring

Lead investor negotiations, evaluate valuation feedback, and guide capitalization design. Maintain process velocity and control through Capstone’s centralized PMO, ensuring disciplined communication and documentation flow through final term-sheet alignment.

5. Capital Raise Execution & Close

Oversee definitive documentation, wire coordination, and capitalization-table updates. Deliver a comprehensive closing summary, reconcile all credited fees, and support post-close onboarding to ensure a seamless transition and complete institutional record of the transaction.
