Focusing on the accounting and operational processes and procedures, we will perform “current state” review and documentation, GAP Analysis/Deficiency determination and “Future State” design and deployment.  The objective centric to our work is “Total Business Process Optimization” (TBPO), Business Unit integration(s) and “Critical Path” training and accounting department restructuring, where and when necessary.  We also have a strong Human Resources practice assisting organizations in a manner similar to the above in establishing or improving their HR environment/compliance. Finally, our work here also includes the creation and deployment of Shared Services Operations throughout the world.

We leverage our expertise in our Business Policy, Procedure Re-Engineering & Optimization (see above) and establish a sound foundation from which to “launch” a migration by thoroughly optimizing the current state landscape before attempting ANY migration.  Depending on the client resources and stakeholders involved, we can bring a team that includes Project Management, Project team members (with architectural, development and functional level expertise) and “super-user” support resources (necessary to provide post-implementation “side by side” assistance and guidance to company personnel using the new system).  Our system(s) expertise in this area includes Oracle, SAP, MS Dynamics, Yardi, Netsuite, Lawson, KRONOS, Workday and others.  We have also worked to “reverse migrate” or “re-implement” projects that were “sub-standard” or “failed implementations”.

Driven by our PE Firm and Corporate stakeholders needs, our work in this area covers Valuation Services and Pre- & Post-Acquisition Services across financial modeling, projections, budgeting, acquisition readiness/preparatory work, IRR/ROI analytics and DECK development & related presentations.  It also envelopes our work in the two areas above, TBPO and Systems, in properly assimilating newly acquired entities into a firm’s operating and reporting platform.  This area of our practice also covers forensic, remediation and “supportive” accounting projects, management reporting, daily/weekly/monthly Flash/Dashboard Reporting, FP&A work, as well as, resource support in areas such as consolidations for acquisitions, divestitures and carve-outs.

This area supports clients in addressing objectives in Foreign Corrupt Practices (FCPA), Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Loss Prevention, Forensic Accounting (in collaboration with our practice area experts above), Transaction Validations and Procedures/Systems Processing validations.  It covers all areas of internal and external corporate compliance from accounting to operations to regulatory functions and leverages our expertise in all of the aforementioned areas above, as well as, providing business advisory in the new Blockchain, Crypto-Currency world and related KYC/AML.
