Len “Leonard Lawrence” Sinisgalli
Managing Director – Global & NYC-Northeast

Capstone Lawrence’s founder and Managing Director is responsible for the firms US and International engagements. Len’s leadership and experience is founded in a career spanning over 25 years in Big 4/Public Accounting, Wall Street Operations and Senior Executive roles across global entities, including his leadership (as President) in directing the growth of a $40mm company into a $.5BN global distribution leader. Len’s experience, leadership and vision provide him the foundation and ability to dissect and redesign business operations & reporting (finance transformation/change management) and he brings a style of “empowerment of the team” providing the landscape for creative ideas from associates and client team members alike.

Len’s experience spans strategic business planning, project team mobilization & execution; Purchase investigation & post-acquisition integration of processes and systems; Business Process Optimization (BPO) across both processes and systems; Accounting & Reporting Systems design & implementation; Foreign Currency & Crypto-Currency operations.

Prior to founding Capstone Lawrence, Len held positions at Robert Half (Management Consulting Division Director), New York Cruise Lines (CFO/CBDO), Resilien (CFO/COO/President) and Arthur Andersen (Audit & Consulting). In addition, Len has been involved in several public offerings as advisor, auditor and consultant and has been intimately involved with SEC counsel in these engagements.

Kelly Than
Region Director – Irvine, CA/Southwest

Kelly has over 20+ years working with small and mid-sized organizations across diverse business sectors including: film production/distribution, food/beverage, construction, distribution, logistics, government contracting, renewable energy, retail, professional services, and real estate.

Kelly’s extensive professional experience spans the areas of operational accounting corporate finance, valuations, and mergers & acquisitions advisory. Her wide array of experience allows her to bring a diverse set of skills to Capstone Lawrence’s engagements as one of our Regional Directors. Kelly’s strong passion for business development and optimization has a proven successful track record throughout her career, and she continuously showcases her strong leadership skills as a part of this team.

Kelly completed a B.S. in Biochemistry at the University of Denver and returned to earn her M.B.A. in Business Management.                                               @Kelly Than

Danielle Patrick
Director Marketing

As Director of Marketing, Danielle has a strong background in social media, advertising, business development and more. With a background in both non-profit and for-profit business campaign management, she holds expertise in cross-platform marketing and advertising across varying sectors.

At Capstone Lawrence, Danielle leads both in-house and external client marketing, adding a diverse angle to all of our engagements. She is also intimately involved in driving areas of our Practice Development strategy with the various Region Directors.

Prior to joining the Capstone team, Danielle worked as a Fundraising Director for Hunterdon Healthcare and Marketing Director for Ability2Work. Danielle is completing her undergraduate work at Penn State University pursuing a degree in Advertising and Sociology.                                              @Danielle Patrick

Henry Dosch
Region Director- Northeast/NYC

Henry’s experience spans executive financial management and public accounting. A CPA for over 30 years, Henry is the former CFO of Cheil Americas, leading financial operations, acquisitions, information technology services and human resources in North and South America. He joined Cheil following a distinguished career at Omnicom Group where he held CFO positions at multiple agencies and managed Merger & Acquisition activity for the Diversified Agency Services Group. Prior to joining Omnicom, Henry held executive consulting roles at Big 4 public accounting firms.

Henry also serves on advisory boards of developing marketing communications companies and on the Board of Directors, Executive Committee and as Treasurer of the Global Lyme Alliance.

Henry is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants as well as the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.                                              @henrydosch

Michelle Ruck
Director – UK and Europe

Michelle has 15 years’ experience working with SME’s in retail and construction including; accounting, human resources, e-commerce, sales, customer service, distribution, logistics, operations, project management, software development and due diligence. The majority of her career has been in senior management, where her entrepreneurial spirit and ‘knowledge sharing’ approach was instrumental in the continuous growth of the business, and in the development of her own career.

Prior to joining Capstone, Michelle worked in the non-profit sector for Ashoka UK, Ireland and Europe. She thrives on encouraging and empowering others to achieve their professional goals and subsequently this increased productivity and improved efficiency in every sector that fell under her remit. Her passion for positive change and vast experience developing a multi-million pound business for 10+ years allows her to bring a varied skill set to the Capstone team.

Michelle is also studying for her CIPD Level 5 Diploma in HR Business Management to expand her foundations of knowledge and to stay up-to date on UK employment legislation.                                              @michellearuck
