The Capstone Lawrence Executive Team

Len “Leonard Lawrence” Sinisgalli
Senior Managing Director – Global

Capstone Lawrence’s founder and Senior Managing Director is responsible for the firm’s US and International engagements. Len’s leadership and experience is founded in a career spanning over 25 years in Big 4/Public Accounting, Wall Street Operations and Senior Executive roles across global entities.  Prior to founding Capstone Lawrence, Len was President of Resilien, a $500mm global distribution leader in the B2B electronics sector.  Directing its successful and rapid growth from a $40mm regional company, his leadership and vision in this capacity became the foundation for his ability to dissect, redesign and deploy strategic business initiatives and plans in all of the company’s business units.  Len brings a style of “empowerment of the team” providing the landscape for creative ideas from associates and client team members alike.  Len’s experience spans across most aspects of business, however his primary strength is in business development and execution of long-term strategic plans that promote the individual and, in turn, corporate growth.
Prior to founding Capstone Lawrence, Len held various executive positions at Management Resources – (Director) RH Consulting Division, New York Cruise Lines (CFO/CBDO), the “aforementioned” Resilien (Global President/COO/CFO), Bear Stearns (Operations and Control-Derivatives, Emerging Markets, FX and Global Equities) and Arthur Andersen (Audit & Consulting).
In addition, Len’s passion for team and sport has always been his driving force.  As a collegiate American football player he has also coached at the American collegiate football level and has been the acting CEO at the New York Saints of the National Lacrosse League.  Len is a graduate of Hofstra University’s Frank Zarb School of Business and holds an undergraduate degree in Public Accounting.  He also holds a NYS Certified Public Accountant license.
